Or, following the instructions on the site, send an SMS to the specified number. The service is available to subscribers of the Big Three (MTS, Beeline and Megafon) and costs 10 rubles. Information about their own fines is available to any Russian driver on the federal portal of state services (https://www.gosuslugi.ru).
