Any Russian car owner can view all his fines in the traffic police on the portal of state services. Fines from the traffic police bases of Adygea, Krasnodar and Stavropol Territories, Voronezh, Lipetsk, Ryazan and Tambov Regions can also be seen by making a request on the Moishtrafy.ru resource. In all cases, the car must be registered to you.

Instructions
Step 1
If you do not have registration on the portal of public services, you will need to go through it. It's easy and free. Use your state pension insurance certificate number as a login.
Step 2
Log in to your personal account and select from the service providers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, and among the available options - "Learn about the accrued fines." Fill in the choice of the fields for the license plate of the car, driver's license or both at the same time and click "Check". By the license plate of the car, you will see information about the fines associated with it, by the number and series of rights - with all the cars that you own. If you drive a car under a power of attorney, information about fines will be available only to those who are listed as its owner.
Step 3
Residents of a number of constituent entities of the Federation can also find out their fines on the Moishtrafa.ru website. The search form is at the bottom of its main page. You are required to enter both the license plate number of the car and the driver's license data in the appropriate fields, enter the code from the picture and click the "Next" button. There is also an option to search for a fine by the number of the order imposing it.
