Modern building technologies offer many options for flooring in a car garage. The choice of materials is limited only by the budget planned by the developer for such purposes. But in any case, in addition to overlapping the basement of the garage with concrete slabs, it is necessary at the first stage to fill the floors with concrete. The concrete mixture is prepared from crushed stone, sand and cement in a ratio of 7: 3: 1.

If the construction of a viewing pit is envisaged in the garage, then a formwork is installed around it, and along the walls, at some distance from them, about 10-20 cm, strictly according to the level, "beacons" are placed or pegs are hammered into the dump, the upper edge of which is trimmed along pre-stretched line.

The surface of the future floor should be in an ideal horizontal plane, so the installation of formwork and "beacons" is done with great care. In this case, the most relevant folk wisdom: "measure seven times - cut once" (read - set).

About a week after the concrete has been poured into the garage floor, further flooring work is carried out.

From now on, as they say: "The taste and color …". Some are limited to the banal impregnation of concrete with the subsequent painting of the surface, while others can lay ceramic tiles on the floor.
