Every car owner who owns a plot of land intended for the construction of a personal garage dreams of building on it not a trivial covered parking lot for his car, but a complex engineering structure that will save him from the periodic need to visit a car service for repair and maintenance of the car.
It is necessary
- - concrete slabs (PPZh or PKZh),
- - metal channel or I-beam with a section of 120 mm (length depends on the project),
- - expanded clay,
- - floating roofing material,
- - polyurethane foam,
- - cement, sand, water,
- - truck crane.
Instructions
Step 1
Any building provides for the erection of a roof over it, which consists of a ceiling and an attic space. But most garages are built without an attic, with a flat, soft roof. The only exceptions are garages located in private households, which form a single architectural ensemble of the estate.
Step 2
We propose to consider the construction of the roof of an ordinary garage that does not have an attic space. The prudent vehicle owner will try to build their own garage so that it has all the essentials. Starting from the inspection pit, and ending with lifting mechanisms, which are usually located under the ceiling.
Step 3
At the final stage of the brickwork of the walls, when two rows of bricks remain to be laid up to the upper mark, channels or I-beams are vertically stacked on the walls, across the room, above the places of the planned placement of the front and rear parts of the machine.
Step 4
The laying of rolled metal is carried out on a cement mortar strictly according to the building level. After that, the laying of the walls continues.
Step 5
At the end of the construction of the walls, reinforced concrete slabs are laid on them, with a slope of 2-3 degrees towards the water flow. After the mortar has acquired the required hardness, the gap between the floor slabs is sealed with polyurethane foam, the excess of which is later cut off with a knife.
Step 6
A layer of expanded clay is poured over the reinforced concrete slabs, the purpose of which is thermal insulation. Having covered the expanded clay with an even layer, a screed is made on its surface with cement mortar.
Step 7
When the solution sets, it is treated with impregnation, and the roof is covered with a waterproof layer, gluing strips of floating roofing material to it. That's all. Construction of a waterproof roof over the garage - completed.
