Step 1
How can you become the owner of the rights of the new type? First of all, it should be remembered that there is no need at all costs to change the old rights to new ones. The old driver's license will be valid until the date indicated on it without any restrictions. In addition, where the traffic police posts are not yet equipped with reading devices (scanners), the usual old rights will be issued.
Step 2
First of all, those who receive the rights for the first time will be able to use the priority right to obtain the rights of a new type. To do this, beginners need to: - undergo training in a driving school;
- pass internal exams and get admission to the exam in the traffic police;
- successfully pass the exam at the traffic police, namely the theory in the form of a test, the site and the last, but the most difficult stage - a trip to the city. If you successfully drove along the indicated route without making any mistakes, then you can be congratulated, your new driver's license is yours.
Step 3
In addition, you can get the rights of a new image in connection with the expiration of their validity period. To do this: - fill out the application and the driver's examination card;
- provide a medical certificate and a couple of photographs 3, 5x4, 5 cm (black and white or color);
- do not forget to take with you a receipt for payment of the fee in the amount of 800 rubles.
Step 4
You can also get a license for a new sample for other reasons: - in case of a change in your full name;
- in case of loss of the certificate;
- and in case of other circumstances (for example, moving).
