The video recorder will allow you to prove the guilt or innocence of a participant in a traffic accident. Experienced drivers understand the importance of the recorder, so this gadget has become quite popular among car owners. Also, the video recorder is indisputable evidence in court, but there are cases when the inspector simply refuses to accept the material recorded on the recorder.
Instructions
Step 1
If an accident occurs, then you need to make sure whether the material of the moment of the accident was recorded on the DVR. If so, then you need to record this and provide the video either to the court or to the inspector. If the inspector does not want to accept the entry, he must draw up a protocol explaining the reason for the refusal.
Step 2
The video material is provided either on disk or on a memory card. On disk, it is still preferable, since it is much more difficult to change the video on it.
Step 3
Before you give the video card to the inspector, you need to clear it of all unnecessary, previously removed records. Only the record of the accident moment and everything connected with it should remain on the map.
Step 4
In no case should you change the recording: you cannot correct the image, sound, effects, remove any details. The recording must be saved as it was filmed.
Step 5
The video recording is handed over to the inspector, who sends it for examination. The minutes must indicate the date and time of recording, so the possibility of copying is excluded. The DVR must have the correct date and time, otherwise the recording will not be accepted.
Step 6
Also, you cannot do an examination later than two days after the accident, since during this time you can make a good copy.
