Instructions
Step 1
You must select an authorized dealer participating in the recycling program. The list of companies entitled to provide these services is approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Step 2
You need to drive your old car to the selected dealership. It is worth clarifying that you must pay for the tow truck yourself. Therefore, it is more advisable to choose a car dealership located near the location of the car. You can also come by your own transport (if it travels), if you do not see any reason to spend money on evacuation.
Step 3
To carry out the procedure, it is necessary to print the officially approved form of the certificate of disposal from the website of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Step 4
At the dealership, you have to write a power of attorney. The document gives the organization the right to independently remove your car from the traffic police register, send it to the recycling center and receive a certificate of the procedure.
Step 5
A power of attorney alone is not enough for the dealership to take over the disposal of the machine. Therefore, it is necessary to sign an agreement, according to which the organization assumes obligations to perform all the necessary actions.
Step 6
According to the agreement drawn up, you will have to pay 3,000 rubles for the very procedure for the disposal of your vehicle.
Step 7
After confirming the participation of your car in the program, you can select and reserve a new car you like from your dealer. The choice of a new vehicle must also comply with the requirements applicable to the recycling program. The main one is that the purchased transport must be produced on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Step 8
All that remains is to obtain a fully completed recycling certificate and you can start registering a new car.
