Instructions
Step 1
Take the indicator of wear "I1" of the car in terms of mileage, it is determined as a percentage per 1000 km of run. For passenger cars in Russia, the CIS and the USSR, the basis for the calculation is the wear factor, which depends on the make and model of the car: 1. ZAZ 965 - 0.58; ZAZ 966 - 0, 51; ZAZ 968, 969 - 0.41; other models ZAZ and LuAZ - 0, 40;
2. "Moskvich" 400-402 - 0.58; 403, 407, 408 0.41; AZLK and IZH - 0.35;
3. VAZ - 0, 34-0, 35;
4. GAZ-12, 13, 69, 2140 (and modifications), 2140, 24-11, 3102 - 0, 3; GAZ-21, M-20, 21, 72 - 0, 40; М-1, GAZ-67 - 0, 58; The coefficient of passenger cars of foreign production depends on the type and working volume of the engine: 1. Gasoline: up to 1, 500 cc - 0, 38; 1, 600 - 0, 24; 1, 800 - 0, 18; 2,000 - 0, 20; over 2, 000 - 0.23;
2. Diesel all - 0, 23;
3. Turbo-diesel - 0, 26.
Step 2
Determine exactly, to one decimal place, the actual mileage "Pf" in thousand km from the start of operation or after overhaul. This is determined by the accounting documents for this vehicle or by the readings of a serviceable speedometer. If it is not possible to establish, or there are doubts (the seal was broken, the speedometer, body was replaced, a used vehicle or another was purchased), then the average annual mileage of the same type of vehicle is taken into account. For cars of foreign production, the calculation is carried out according to the reference books "Audatext", "Eurotax", "DAT", "Motor", "Mitchell".
Step 3
Calculate the aging indicator "I2", depending on the service life and intensity of use, Appendix 10 ("Methodological Guide …" RD 37.009.015-98). Find out the actual service life of "Df" in years. The term is indicated with precision to a decimal place from the moment of operation or overhaul. Calculate the wear "Itr" according to the formula - this is the starting point for all subsequent calculations:
Ytr = (I1Pf + I2Df), in percentage (%).
