There is also a government-provided warranty that lasts for about two years.

If you find a significant defect in your car, you can immediately write a claim to the seller and demand money back. But remember, a refund can be made if less than 14 days have passed since the sale, or if the salon could not fix the problem in two weeks.

Try to express all your dissatisfaction in writing. This can be useful to you if the salon management does not want to meet you halfway. Describe absolutely everything that you identified after buying a car, write your wishes and send them by registered mail to the seller. You don't need to do anything else but wait for a response. By law, the seller must carry out diagnostics and carry out repairs. If there is no answer, go to court.

If you bought a car not in the showroom, but from your hands, then the situation changes a little. The seller will deny the defect and try to put the blame on you. In this case, you can go to court and demand the fulfillment of the sales contract.
