That is why the bulk of the contaminants from which the combustion chamber has been cleared will actively move in the engine in different directions. The upper part of the surface of the liners, usually made of soft metal, will also be susceptible to contamination, as a result of which this surface will slowly turn into an abrasive.
It is possible to use various additives for engine oil, but it is better to do this rarely and provided that the engine is not very dirty. And try to pay attention to the manufacturer and purchase products from reliable and proven brands.
