But the application of the norms in real conditions is possible only after the appearance of a number of bylaws and a list of components and assemblies for which correction factors are not applied, and which are still being developed in the Ministry of Transport. In the meantime, the determination of the degree of wear depends entirely on the opinion of the expert.
