Instructions
Step 1
If in a collision of two cars there is no visible damage, and the participants in the accident have no claims to each other, there is no need to call the traffic police patrol. Just certify the agreement in any form in writing.
Step 2
In case of minor damage (scratches, chips, small dents) when it is clear that there is no point in contacting the insurance company, also write mutual receipts for no claims.
Step 3
In case of significant damage, if both cars have a comprehensive hull insurance, it is possible to "eye" assess the possible damage from the accident. If it does not exceed 50 thousand rubles, again, in the absence of mutual claims, you can safely disperse, having previously filled in and signed the accident forms. In this case, you must contact your insurance company within 5 days.
Step 4
If the damage from an accident, in your opinion, is much more serious, call the traffic police. According to the "European protocol", you can remove cars that interfere with traffic before the arrival of the order. But first, take a photo or video of the crash site, vehicle locations, road signs and markings.
