Step 1

The stator and rotor are part of the alternator. The stator is the stationary part of the generator, consisting of a collector and several windings. The collector is designed to relieve the voltage that occurs on the rotor windings, as well as for its subsequent supply to the consumption circuit. The moving part of the generator is called a rotor, consisting of a certain number of magnets, on which a winding made of copper wire is wound.

Speaking purely theoretically, in order to increase the power of the VAZ, you should replace the rotor winding, while using a drive with a larger section, as well as increasing the bias current.

Step 3

In practice, first of all, you need to draw a winding scheme for rotor coils, and then unwind them. To do this, take copper wire of the required diameter, technical gloves, pliers and have a little patience.

Step 4

Remember, the wire you are unwinding has been specially varnished. Therefore, be sure to clean and degrease the rotor coils. To do this, resort to using a pre-prepared regular household dishwashing detergent.

Step 5

Take the prepared copper wire, then very carefully, without rushing, wind its coil to coil on the coils. Remember to write down the number of turns. When the winding is finished, strip the ends in the wires and check them with a tester for a "short circuit".

Step 6

Now you need to carefully insulate all outputs, and then solder them to the contacts. Saturate the entire winding with a special varnish, then dry. Solder the wires to connect.
