Some vehicles require an inner lining to meet all cargo transportation requirements. It is made of plywood sheets - conventional or advanced.
To carry out the lining of the cargo compartment, the following materials are required:
1. Plywood underlay to reduce squeakiness and enhance corrosion protection.
2. Aluminum fasteners for fixing the sheets to the frame.
3. Mastic for gluing plywood - its application will provide reliable and durable fixation of the material.
4. Steel angle stainless steel for car sill trim. Its use helps prevent metal corrosion.
In some cars, when lining is made, shelves are also arranged to accommodate cargo.
The cladding of a minibus requires certain technological methods. Phased execution of work is carried out as follows:
1. Making a frame from wooden slats.
2. The frame is fixed to the sides of the body. Holes are drilled for the screws using a drill, treated with an anti-corrosion agent to prevent rust.
3. The frame is covered with plywood.
4. Floor sheathing is done last. A crate is preliminarily arranged on it.
Sometimes the wheel arches protrude too much inside the car, so it is necessary to sheathe them, making a separate additional frame, or raise the floor level so that all the protrusions are completely hidden.
