Having decided on the organization that will conduct the examination, conclude an agreement with it and agree on the place, date and time of the expert examination of the car. Also, be sure to send a return receipt telegram to the other party. In the telegram, indicate the date of the examination and invite for an examination.

After the inspection, draw up an appropriate act with an expert, sign it together with all the participants in the technical examination, be sure to photograph all detected damage, then receive from the expert a calculation according to which the damage caused to the car was determined, and an expert opinion.

On the basis of this opinion, you have the right to claim damages from the insurance company in the event of an accident. These examinations are also taken into account by the court as evidence to establish a causal relationship in the event of an accident and to determine the amount of compensation by the other party for the damage caused.

Technical expertise is also carried out when evaluating a car for inheritance on behalf of notary bodies (notary), in case of violation of consumer rights by order of the Society for the Protection of Consumer Rights, etc.
