Here you will not need a long registration and authorization procedure. You only have to indicate the number of the vehicle registration certificate and its number, as well as prove that you are not a robot by solving a simple captcha. You will not be able to pay a fine through the traffic police website.

From a smartphone, it is most convenient to check traffic fines issued to your car through the Yandex. Navigator program. There is an item in the Settings menu where you can set your name, car number and registration certificate number.
