Step 1
Contact the traffic police department in order to find out what unpaid fines you have. You are unlikely to be able to call and get the information you are interested in. You can find out the addresses of the traffic police offices and the time of reception of citizens on the sites https://gibddmoscow.ru or https://www.gibdd.ru. You will need to present your passport and driver's license.
Step 2
If you do not remember exactly which traffic police regiment ordered you a fine, this is not a problem. You can contact any traffic police post in order to obtain the information you are interested in.
Step 3
If your busy schedule does not allow you to be absent from work for a long time, register on the website https://gosuslugi.ru. Fill out the form by entering your full name, passport data, SNILS number and TIN. Choose the method of obtaining the activation code for your "Personal Account" (by Russian Post or in the special service center "Rostelecom").
Step 4
Receive an activation code for "My Account" (approximately two weeks after the initial registration). To receive a registered letter or notification to Rostelecom, you will need to present your passport.
Step 5
Go to the website https://gosuslugi.ru. Enter the code and get access to the portal services. In addition, in the future, for authorization, you will need the password specified during registration and the SNILS number.
Step 6
Find the section "Informing about the presence of administrative offenses in the field of road traffic" in the list of services on the website. Enter your vehicle number and registration certificate number. Get information about any outstanding fines you have. If necessary, print a receipt for their payment using the form provided. You can redeem this receipt at any branch of Sberbank.
Step 7
You can also send a paid request for fines by SMS to the short number 9112 (valid for any telecom operator). Message text: STSI #TS # VU.
