Among the information required are the following: surname, name, patronymic, full date of birth, registration address according to the passport. In order for all sorts of errors to be excluded, it is necessary to capture the original or a copy of the passport of the person for whom the power of attorney is being drawn up.

5. If registration is carried out, then you should capture documents that confirm that the vehicle was purchased by the buyer. If documents were issued that have a record of transit numbers, then they must be provided.

The owner of the car must remember that it is possible to issue a power of attorney for the car for a period that does not exceed three years. The draft power of attorney was developed by experts from the judiciary, law enforcement agencies, as well as taking into account all the requirements that are presented by the traffic police.

The issuance of a power of attorney has strictly defined tariffs, which are adhered to during its issuance. Included are notary services, tariffs according to Article 333.24 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, tariffs for legal and technical work.

The cost of a power of attorney has the following rates:

  • spouses, children, parents, full sisters, brothers - 250-500 rubles.
  • to another individual - 400-500 rubles,
  • if the principal is a legal entity - 800-1000 rubles,
  • power of attorney - 800-1000 rubles.

In order to properly draw up a power of attorney for a car, you must remember the following nuances: in a power of attorney, a submission for third parties can be used, but if there is no first power of attorney, then it loses its meaning and force. In the following cases, the power of attorney loses its validity: expired, cancellation of the power of attorney by the principal, death of the principal, refusal of the person for whom the replacement was made.
