Step 1
Show up at the traffic police with a list of all the required documents. The presence of an attorney is optional.

Fill out the power of attorney form, in which it is necessary to indicate: the place and date of drawing up the power of attorney, the full names of all principals (if there are several), the addresses of the principal and the attorney's place of residence, the powers transferred to the attorney. Indicate in the form the main characteristics of the car (state registration mark, brand, model, date of manufacture, volume and engine number, color, body number), the period during which the power of attorney is valid (should not exceed three years).

After the appropriate payment, you will receive a power of attorney signed by authorized persons. When receiving a power of attorney, you should pay special attention to the availability of the date of issue. In its absence, the power of attorney is considered invalid. The authority for the right to sell, deregister, as well as registration is transferred when a notarized power of attorney is drawn up. In the event that the attorney needs to pick up the car from the penalty area, he will also need to present a power of attorney certified by a notary.
