Agree with the representative of the organization that wants to buy a car from you about the purchase price. If the cost suits both of you, fill out a sales contract. You can draw up a contract in simple writing or with a notary.
Step 2
If the organization is satisfied with a simple written contract, close the deal. Ask the representative for a power of attorney for the right of sale and a passport. When signing the contract, the buyer must affix his seal. The document is drawn up in two copies. One remains with the buyer, the other with the seller. Step 3
The buyer may require you to conclude the transaction with a notary. In this case, draw up the sales contract directly at the notary's office. There they will help you draw up a contract. If the car is removed from the register, you will need your passport and the passport of the technical device. To register a car that has not been removed from the register, you will also need a vehicle registration certificate. In this case, after completing the transaction, the buyer himself will deregister the car on the basis of the purchase and sale agreement and immediately register it for himself.
Step 4
If it is impossible to come to an agreement on the sale price of the car or according to the terms of the buyer, conduct an estimated cost of the vehicle. It is entered into the contract along with the contractual one. Also, a representative of the organization may require from you a notarized consent of your spouse to sell a car. If consent is not obtained, the transaction may be invalidated on the basis of Art. 35 of the Family Code.
