motorcycle, fresh clean fuel

Instructions

Step 1

The first step is to understand the reason why the motorcycle is "stubborn" and does not want to fulfill its direct function. In fact, there are very few reasons, namely: the problem lies in the fuel or in the ignition system (well, this, of course, taking into account the fact that he did not receive any serious mechanical damage).

Step 2

Remember that if you left your motorcycle in the garage back in the fall, and, suddenly, in the middle of winter, you wanted to use it, then it may not start simply due to the expiration date of the gasoline remaining in the tank. Therefore, before putting your vehicle in the garage for a month or two, drain all the gasoline. When you decide to ride your motorcycle again, fill it with clean and fresh fuel.

Step 3

If everything is in order with the fuel, check the ignition system (plugs and battery). If you find that the battery is not doing its job properly, charge it or start the motorcycle with a car battery (the main thing is not to overdo it and not burn the starter).

Step 4

After checking the battery, grab the candles (however, it is better to check those with a special probe). If there is no probe at hand, visually inspect the candles and check them for traces of breakdowns (they look like longitudinal, barely noticeable stripes). Replace defective parts with new ones if necessary.

Step 5

After a long period of inactivity, start the motorcycle without using the throttle - just press the starter. If several attempts are unsuccessful, purge the cylinders. This can be done by turning the throttle handle all the way and holding down the starter button for a few seconds (make several attempts).

Step 6

If all the measures taken have not led to anything, as a last attempt, you can use the method proven over the years - to start the motorcycle "from the pusher". In case of failure, contact a specialist who will diagnose and, if necessary, make a quality repair.
