After purchasing the car, the organization must register it with the traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The whole process is the same as when registering a car for an individual, the only difference is in the list of required documents.

- - certificate with the last name, first name, patronymic and contact details of the head and chief accountant of the organization;

- - act of acceptance and transfer;
- - confirmation of payment of the state duty.
Instructions
Step 1
To register a car for an organization, you will need an extract from the register of legal entities, made no earlier than three months ago. Make a copy of the document of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties stating that an entry was made in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. You will also need to make a copy of the certificate of registration of the organization with the tax authority and certify it with a notary. Conclude an agreement with an insurance company and get an MTPL policy.
Step 2
Prepare a power of attorney from a legal entity to a representative who will deal with the registration of the car. You will also need a certificate with the last name, first name, patronymic and contact details of the head and chief accountant of the organization. Each surname must have a sample signature. Make a double-sided copy of the technical device passport. Attach to the package of documents the sales contract and the vehicle acceptance certificate, charter or a notarized copy of this company document.
Step 3
Take the details for the payment of the state duty from the traffic police. Make payment. If the payment will be made by bank transfer, you need to provide, along with the rest of the documents, a payment card with the seal and signature of a bank employee, which must also bear the seal of your organization and the signature of the head.
Step 4
Submit an application for vehicle registration and go through a vehicle inspection. At this stage, the inspector will check the match of the body number and the number on the engine with the data specified in the vehicle's passport.
Step 5
Then submit all documents along with transit license plates to the vehicle registration window for legal entities. After the car is issued, you will receive a registration certificate, state number plates, technical passport.
