The main task of any filter: air, oil, fuel and cabin filter is to prevent dust or dirt particles from passing through it. Thus, they help protect our respiratory system, and protect the engine from damage. Therefore, it is better to replace the filter in time than to waste it on expensive repairs later.

- - a wrench for removing the oil filter or a screwdriver;
- - key for 10;
- - key for 17;
- - key 19.
Instructions
Step 1
Replace the fuel filter. To do this, place the vehicle on a lift or inspection ditch. Disconnect the negative wire from the battery. Unscrew the nozzle with a 17 wrench, holding the filter with a 19 wrench, and gradually drain the fuel into the prepared container. Disconnect the second one in the same way. Take a key 10, and by loosening the clamp, remove the fuel filter. When installing a new one, make sure that the arrow is directed in the direction of gasoline movement, i.e. to the left side of the car. After installing the fuel filter, check the tightness of the connections with the engine running.
Step 2
Replace the air filter with a VAZ 2110. To do this, unscrew the four screws that secure the housing cover with a curly screwdriver. Lift it up and remove the filter cartridge. Clean the housing cavity and install a new one. Secure the cover.
Step 3
Replace the oil filter. Use a special wrench to remove. If it is not there, and the filter cannot be turned off by hand, then take a screwdriver and punch its body closer to the bottom so as not to damage the fitting. Then, using it as a lever, unscrew it. Before installing a new filter, fill it with new engine oil to about half of its volume, also lubricate the O-ring with it. Screw it in by hand without using a tool. Start the engine and warm it up, stop it and, after waiting a few minutes, check the oil level. Top up if necessary.
Step 4
Replace the cabin filter VAZ 2110. The first signs for this are a weak air flow, only the last speed of the heater fan is working, the replacement was more than 6 months ago. To do this, open the hood, remove the gum of the seal, unscrew all the self-tapping screws under it, unscrew the wiper nut with a 10 key. Keep in mind that the driver's one is longer than the passenger's, so do not mix it up when installing. Unscrew two nuts at the corners with a 10 wrench. Pry with a sharp object and remove the four plastic plugs. Unscrew the screws. Set the frill aside, turn it and place it on the car engine, without disconnecting the washer hose. Unscrew the screws from the plastic mesh and pull it out. Remove the old filter and insert the new one, the foam border should be at the bottom. Reassemble everything in reverse order.
