If you dream of getting your own car and moving from the category of pedestrians to the category of drivers, then you need a special license, that is, a driver's license. To obtain them, you need to pre-prepare a certain set of certificates and documents.

Step 1
First of all, you need to obtain a medical certificate for drivers, confirming that you are physically and mentally capable of driving a vehicle. To obtain it, you will have to go through a special driver's commission in the clinic that is fixed at your place of residence, since only there is information about your vaccinations and medical examinations for serious diseases. To obtain a certificate form, you need to have a passport, military ID and a photograph - three by four centimeters with a corner for printing. You pass the necessary tests and go to the offices of a narcologist, psychiatrist, ophthalmologist, neurologist, surgeon, otolaryngologist, therapist; for women, a gynecologist's examination is provided. If all these specialists do not find gross pathologies in you and admit that your health is in compliance with the norm, then the chairman of the commission issues a verdict “good” and puts down all the necessary seals.
Step 2
You will also need a certificate confirming the completion of a driving auto courses. That is, for several months you attend courses where you are introduced to the theoretical basics of traffic rules. Then you have an internship at a driving school, where you learn to drive a car with an instructor for another three months. The entire training period takes about six months, so the chances of learning how to drive a car are great. The latest legislative changes from 2012 allow you to independently study the rules for driving a car and sections on providing emergency medical care to victims, and perform practical exercises with an instructor. Consider the fact that the beginning of training, even with an instructor, you pass off public roads, but on specially designated car areas that are fenced with a net and have a variety of obstacles.
Step 3
Remember to pay the state driver's license fee and keep your receipt. You can request details for payment at the bank or print it yourself from the official website of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Present the receipt of payment with the rest of the documents.
Step 4
When the above documents are collected, you can go to the traffic police department to pass exams and obtain a driver's license. Of course, do not forget the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, which will confirm your identity and registration at the place of residence. You can take on the license and at the place of registration of temporary stay.
Step 5
You also need to write an application for the issuance of a driver's license in the appropriate department of the traffic police at the place of permanent registration. The application form will be provided to you, fill it out - in each column, enter the data that the name of the column requires from you.
Step 6
The last step to getting a driver's license is to pass the exam successfully. It takes place in two stages: computer testing for theoretical knowledge of traffic rules and driving in practice.
