Step 1
Reducing resistance to air flow is the first way. It consists in replacing a conventional air filter with a zero resistance filter and installing a direct-flow muffler. After that, the power increases by an average of twenty percent. It is worth noting that the method is not cheap, but we will not consider the economic side of the issue here. You can also reduce air resistance by replacing or boring and grinding the intake manifold, altering the cylinder head, installing a turbocharger.
Step 2
Optimizing the composition of the working mixture is the second way. It consists in changing the amount of fuel for different operating modes. It is carried out by increasing the line pressure, adjusting the fuel pressure regulator and changing the program of the electronic control unit (the so-called chip tuning).
Step 3
Optimizing release is the third way. It consists in improving the purging of the cylinders by reducing the resistance of the exhaust manifold and muffler (it is best to install a large diameter pipe). You can also bore the block, cut pistons and replace the crankshaft. But this will already require intervention in the mechanical part of the engine, thus you will not be able to receive warranty repair services. Therefore, it is best to take a lot of power from your existing motor without resorting to mechanical stress on the motor itself.
