Instructions

Step 1

The idle speed can be adjusted with the mix quality screw and the amount screw. Please note that the screws may have blanking plugs. They need to be removed. Use a corkscrew for this purpose.

Step 2

Then you can proceed to setting the fuel level in the float chamber. Normal operation of the carburetor will be ensured with the correct installation of serviceable elements of the locking device. The float must be properly positioned - a gauge is best used for this purpose. Install it perpendicular to the cover. There should be a gap between the gauge along the contour and the float - it should not be more than 1 mm. If the gap is larger, then adjust by simply bending the tongue and float levers. As a result, the support surface of the tongue will be located perpendicular to the axis of the needle valve. There should be no dents or nicks on it.

Step 3

After that, engage in checking the operation of the camera locking mechanism. For this purpose it is necessary to turn the choke control lever counterclockwise. The damper should close completely. Then turn the throttle valve control lever until the first chamber flap is fully open. The flap of the second chamber will remain closed. Then turn the choke control fully clockwise and the throttle control until the chokes are fully open. At the same time, the throttle valve of the second chamber should open. If this does not happen, then you need to eliminate the malfunction. The reason most often lies in the jamming of the lever blocking the second chamber. Also try to disconnect the lock lever springs.

Step 4

All adjustments must be made with the engine warm. In this case, the gaps in the gas distribution mechanism must be correctly adjusted and the ignition timing must be correctly set.
