In the new Lada Priora, standard speakers are provided only in the maximum configuration. But such cars are not in great demand among buyers due to the inflated cost. In all other cases, you will have to install the music in the car yourself.
Necessary
- Screwdriver;
- - self-tapping screws;
- - insulating tape;
- - electric jigsaw.
Instructions
Step 1
To install the speakers in the regular places in the doors, remove the trim. Remove the foam plugs from the prepared niche, which are installed to reduce noise while driving.
Step 2
In the doorway there is a regular car wiring harness. Disconnect from it two wires with terminals - large and small. These wires go directly to the radio. Connect the wires with terminals to the speaker. It has a special outlet for these terminals.
Step 3
Insert the speaker into the prepared niche and secure it with self-tapping screws. Install the door trim and secure it to the caps. Connect the speaker on the other door in the same way.
Step 4
Install the rear speakers. In station wagons or hatchbacks, a regular place is provided for speakers with a radius of 13 cm.
Step 5
Remove the speaker net from the plastic console in the trunk. Fold back the fabric trim of the C-pillars. There are harnesses with wires inside. From the harness running along the right pillar, disconnect the two wires with the large and small terminals and connect to the right speaker. From the harness down the left pillar, connect the wires to the left speaker. The connection diagram is the same as when installing the front speakers
Step 6
Insert the speakers into the niche and secure them with self-tapping screws. Install the mesh on top.
Step 7
In the sedan, there are no regular seats for the rear speakers. Therefore, you can put speakers of different radii: 13cm, 16cm, 18cm or 6 by 9 ("ovals").
Step 8
Remove the rear parcel shelf. Mark a place for the speakers on it. Use an electric jigsaw to cut the holes along the marked lines.
Step 9
Find the standard wiring harnesses under the C-pillar trim. From the harness running down the right pillar, disconnect the two wires with the large and small terminals and connect to the right speaker. From the harness down the left pillar, connect the wires to the left speaker.
Step 10
Install the speakers in the prepared niches and secure them with self-tapping screws.
