Unfortunately, not all drivers know their rights well, and some of them prefer to bribe the inspector who stopped them in order to leave as soon as possible and not get involved in a long conversation. However, you still need to learn how to talk to traffic police officers correctly, because this way you can avoid many problems.

Step 1
Record your conversation on a voice recorder, or at least pretend to turn it on. Ask the traffic policeman to introduce himself louder so that his last name, first name and patronymic can be easily distinguished when listening to the recording. Traffic cops have no right to prohibit you from using a camera, camera or voice recorder, if this does not interfere with the performance of their direct duties. But the traffic police officer who stopped you will probably try to build the conversation as correctly as possible, if he is sure that the conversation is being recorded.
Step 2
Do not be rude to the traffic cop, be extremely polite and correct. If he asks to show the documents - hand them over to him, tells him to get out of the car - get out without unnecessary disputes. Answer all questions calmly without raising your voice. Do not threaten the traffic police officer with dismissal, your connections with serious people, etc., do not use swear words.
Step 3
If a traffic police officer claims that you are drunk, and at the same time you clearly smell alcohol coming from the alcohol tester offered to you, calmly answer that you refuse to check. Otherwise, a specially treated tester will surely show a high degree of intoxication, even if you are completely sober. Tell them that you would prefer to undergo a medical examination by a doctor: you have every right to do so.
Step 4
If an inspector says that your car has an overstated glass tint and presents a device that supposedly measured it, calmly say that you require an independent check. It is impossible to measure the tint right on the side of the road using some kind of magic scanner - only state inspectors of technical supervision at stationary posts can do this.
Step 5
Agree to inspect the car only in the presence of attesting witnesses, moreover, you must choose them yourself, not a traffic police officer. If the inspector found attesting witnesses before he stopped you, he, most likely, has already agreed with them about false testimony. In such cases, for example, drugs can be planted in the car, the driver is accused and the immediate payment of a fine can be demanded. Do not be afraid to stop other people's cars and ask the drivers to be understood, and also do not forget to demand a copy of the inspection protocol.
