Fines are the most common sanction for violations of traffic rules in the Russian Federation. The amount of the fine goes to the state's income through payment through the branches of a credit institution, which is most often the Sberbank of the Russian Federation.

Step 1
Fines are paid according to orders - receipts issued by officials of the traffic police, who have identified violations of the Traffic Rules of Russia, as well as by orders in cases of administrative offenses issued by the courts.
Step 2
You can pay the fine at any branch of the RF Savings Bank in two ways.
Option one - payment through the terminal. In this case, going through the menu sections of the payment terminal, select the option "pay an administrative fine". Next, you will need to choose from the proposed list the traffic police unit that issued the fine. After that, enter in the appropriate fields the series of the order, the number and date of its issuance. In addition, you will need to type the amount of the fine on the keyboard and, finally, enter the required amount of money into the terminal in paper notes. You can pay a fine through the terminal only by order-receipt.
Please note that Sberbank of the Russian Federation takes a commission for the operation of transferring the paid amount of the fine to the state budget. Therefore, you need to pay into the terminal an amount greater than indicated in the decree, exactly the amount of bank interest.
Step 3
Option two. You can also pay off the fine through an operational employee (operator) by contacting the appropriate window of the bank branch. You only need to have a court order (or a decision-receipt of an official of the traffic police) and the required amount of money. No identification document is required. In this case, you will also have to pay a commission to the bank.
Step 4
The choice of the payment method is made by you yourself, the bank employees have no right to insist that you use the payment terminal. In both cases, do not forget to receive and keep the check (receipt) - the main proof of the payment of the fine and the execution of the order on its imposition.
