As a result of the offense, the traffic police inspector draws up a protocol and writes you a fine, which you must pay. Otherwise, your case will be taken to court, and the consequences may be unpleasant, up to restrictions on travel abroad, an increase in the fine, and even administrative arrest for several days.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a receipt from the traffic police inspector. If there are no department details on it, find them on the official website www.gibdd.ru
Step 2
You can pay the fine in Sberbank in cash, or in the payment terminal of this bank. Also, each region of Russia has its own list of banks that accept payment for fines. Please note that all banks charge a commission for their services.
Step 3
According to the amendments to the law, it is no longer required to send a receipt of the fine to the court or the local traffic police department. But keep in mind that information about the payment sometimes reaches the traffic police with a delay, especially if the payment was made in cash through the cashier, and not in electronic form.
