Instructions

Step 1

Use the official website of the traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Go to the page https://www.gibdd.ru/, at the top of the page, select the "Drivers" item, in the menu that opens, click the "Violations and fines" button

Step 2

On the page that appears, select "Addresses and Receipts". Here you can get information about your fines for administrative traffic violations.

Step 3

Select your region, or the region in which the offense was committed. Then select the traffic police department whose employee issued the order.

Step 4

View information about the department and, if you need advice, call the required number. On the page you will see all the necessary details for paying the fine, which you can use if, for example, you took a receipt from the bank.

Step 5

Below there are fields that you can fill in to print a receipt for payment. Enter your full surname, name and patronymic, registration address and the amount of the fine (if you know the number of the resolution, enter it, but this is optional). A receipt will appear on the page, with which you can safely go to the bank to pay the fine for the offense.

Step 6

If you do not have access to the Internet, the problem of paying fines in case of loss of a receipt can also be solved. Take your driver's license, car documents and go to the nearest traffic police station. They have no right to refuse assistance of this kind, so provide them with the documents, and after searching in the database, you will either be provided with a receipt, or they will be given the number of the offense order, details and the amount of the fine, with which you can fill out the receipt yourself at any bank.

Step 7

And one more option: just forget about the fine, at the right time it will remind you of itself. Either you will receive a bailiff's decree on the debt by mail, or the bailiff himself will come and request your debt right on the spot. But it is better not to delay and spend a little effort to pay the fine.
