Everyone gets into trouble, and you can always get a fine when visiting Finland on the weekend. Finnish banks are closed on weekends, so payment of the fine may be delayed indefinitely.
It is necessary
- - receipt of the fine;
- - the amount of money required to pay it
Instructions
Step 1
Pay most of the fines the next time you visit Finland on weekdays. You can also pay at almost any bank in St. Petersburg, but the payment may not go through for some reason. If you have Finnish friends, ask to pay them, and return the money next weekend.
Step 2
Consider some of the nuances that arise when paying for various types of penalties. The penalty for incorrect parking can be paid only in Finland, at any bank in any city. Speed fines and customs fees, in addition to traditional options, can be paid through any Russian bank to the account of a Finnish bank. The term for paying a fine for traffic violations is two weeks. Do not contact the Finnish or Russian consulate with the problem of paying the fine - they do not deal with this.
Step 3
For international transfers of customs payments, use the following bank details. Account number: 166030-102304. Bank: NORDEA BANK FINLAND PLC. Bank address: Aleksanterinkatu 36, FI-00020 NORDEA, FINLAND. Recipient: Tullilaitos. Beneficiary's address: PL 512, 00101 Helsinki. Codes for transfer: SWIFT: NDEAFIHH, IBAN: FI 2616603000102304. In the line "purpose (purpose) of the transfer" enter the number of the receipt. If you lose the receipt, restore the information (amount + receipt number) from Russia by phone: +358 20 690 600, fax: +358 20 492 1812.
Step 4
For international transfers of customs payments, use the following bank details. Account number: 166030-108681. Bank: NORDEA BANK FINLAND PLC. Bank address: Aleksanterinkatu 36, FI-00020 NORDEA, FINLAND. Beneficiary: Oikeusrekisterikeskus. Beneficiary's address: 13100 Hämeenlinna, Finland. Codes for transfer: IBAN: FI2216603000108681, SWIFT: NDEAFIHH. In the line "purpose (purpose) of the transfer" enter the number of the receipt (indicated on the fine form in the upper right corner and duplicated in the receipt itself). If you lose the receipt, restore the information (amount + receipt number) from Russia by phone +358 10 366 5693, fax: +358 10 366 5783.
Step 5
Any traffic rules recorded by the police, and even more so an unpaid fine or customs fee, is a serious reason for refusing a visa. Serious violations (drunk driving) are entered into the base of criminal offenses and permanently block the possibility of crossing the border. With the introduction in 2010 of a unified database for recording all violations on the territory of the EU, any country in the European Union may refuse to issue a Schengen visa for violation of the rules in Finland.
