You violated the traffic rules, and the traffic police inspector is invitingly waving his baton to you. After a short conversation, you drive on with a paper in your pocket, according to which you are obliged to pay a fine. But somehow it didn't work out right away, and then current affairs pushed this paper into the background and you remembered about it only six months later, and even then by accident - someone paid a fine in the cinema. With difficulty you found this paper and decided to pay a fine after all.
It is necessary
- - a decision on violation, which contains bank details;
- - Fax;
- - copier.
Instructions
Step 1
Together with the decision on the violation and the prepared money, go to the nearest bank branch and pay the fine. Despite the fact that the due date indicated on the payment document is thirty days, no one will look at this in the banks and they will calmly accept the payment from you.
Step 2
Find the nearest location with a photocopier. Make a copy of the paid receipt, and then bring it to your traffic police department. If you do not want to appear there again, or you simply do not have time for such long trips, send a copy of the receipt to the department by fax.
Step 3
Know and remember that if you have not paid the fine within a year from the date of the infringement order and its entry into force, this order will become invalid and cannot be enforced. But - the above article of the administrative code only works if you do not evade paying the fine, and all the blame lies with the bailiffs.
