Dismantling the door of a VAZ-2114 car may be required in different cases: to install additional noise insulation, to repair a window regulator or a door handle. Before proceeding with disassembly, it is better to print out the manual and study it in detail - when disassembling the door, you need to be extremely careful to avoid breakage.

Step 1
Unplug the socket, slide the window handle trim until it comes out completely. Then remove the handle and trim.
Step 2
Carefully unscrew the screws and remove the armrest handle and door trim pocket. Using a screwdriver, remove the trim around the inner door handle, then you can unscrew the lock release button.
Step 3
After removing the rearview mirror adjustment knob and the inner trim, remove the mounting screws and remove the mirror.
Step 4
Remove the door trim, for this it will be necessary to overcome the resistance of the spring plastic holders, and then remove the glass seals. Remove the protective plates by acting through the holes in the inner door panel.
Step 5
Unscrew the fastening screws, remove the glass guiding grooves and detach the glass holder from the plate. After the clip is disconnected, unscrew the nuts that secure the window regulator and remove it. Remove the sliding glass from the top.
Step 6
If the VAZ-2114 car is equipped with electric power windows, then the glass rises and falls by transferring torque from the gearmotor to the power window mechanism, and then by moving the cable to which the sliding glass mounting plate is attached vertically. Before disassembling the VAZ 2114 door, disconnect the switch from the gearmotor connector. After that, remove the window regulator, unscrew the supports - now you can disconnect the gearmotor.
Step 7
Disconnect the outer and inner door handles from the lock, unscrew the fastening nuts and then remove the outer door handle.
Step 8
If the car is equipped with electric door locks, then after removing the door trim, also disconnect the gearmotor connector and the rod. After that, remove the screws, remove the lock. Carefully remove the inner door handle together with the bracket, having previously unscrewed the fastening screws.
