Step 1

Step 2
Draw up a sales contract or a certificate "invoice for yourself". The presence of this agreement is necessary, even if it is drawn up between close relatives. Directly, when registering with the traffic police, write a statement of the established form. Next, provide the required package of documents, which includes: a document confirming the identity of the car owner registered at the place of residence, a document confirming the driver's ownership of the corresponding numbered unit, as well as a vehicle registration certificate and his passport.
Step 3
Pay the state duty provided for by the law of the Russian Federation, and provide the receipt of payment along with the rest of the documents. Then, within 5 days, register a new engine at the nearest traffic police office from your place of residence.
Step 4
After going through the paperwork and becoming the owner of the engine, engage directly with the replacement of the unit, which the seller must provide you within one day.
