Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to get rid of the cilia. The fact is that the headlight will not come off while they are standing. The cilia are located on the bumper. Removing them is very difficult, as this requires removing the entire front bumper.
Step 2
In order to remove the bumper, you must first unscrew the two bolts of the radiator grille and carefully remove it. The radiator grill is removed by lifting it up. Do this carefully so as not to damage the lower attachment tabs. After the grille is removed, you need to unscrew the 2 bolts of the side bumper attachment. And they are located on the left and right. Then go to the lower engine protection. It is fastened with 5 bolts to the car bumper. There should be no problem when removing the motor protection. In addition to the side bolts, the bumper is also attached from above. A pair of bolts are located under the radiator grille. If your car is equipped with wheel arch protection, then it must also be removed. It is screwed onto the front bumper. Pulling forward, remove the bumper.
Step 3
After the bumper is removed, you need to proceed with the headlight itself. The headlamp is mounted with 4 bolts. Two of them are located on top, and the second pair is on the right and left. After loosening the bolts, the headlamp can be easily removed. The glass is attached to the headlamp itself with clips that can be easily removed. The headlight is disassembled.
Step 4
A few words about the headlight assembly. A sealant must be used to secure the glass to the headlamp. Apply it around the entire perimeter of the glass. The sealant should harden - this will take several hours. If there is no tightness, the headlights will sweat in rainy weather. You need to assemble the headlight in the reverse order.
