The use of satellite television has made it much easier to access high quality programs. Thanks to him, you can watch TV channels without being tied to a specific cable provider or broadcasting station. The main thing is that there is a free direction to the satellite and the antenna is in its coverage area. It is not difficult to set up a satellite dish, for this you must follow a certain sequence.

Instructions
Step 1
Choose a place to install a satellite dish. Satellite ABS 1 is located at 75 degrees East, so there should be no tall trees or high-rise buildings in this direction that could block the signal.
Step 2
Take into account the diameter of the satellite dish, as its windage depends on it. To receive a signal from the ABS satellite, 0.9-1.2 m of the mirror diameter is sufficient.
Step 3
Use a universal converter on the satellite dish.
Step 4
Install your satellite dish where it is out of the reach of vandals and protected from the wind. This way you will always have a great signal.
Step 5
Calculate the elevation and azimuth of the antenna installation, i.e. its slope in relation to the horizon. To do this, use the site
Step 6
Enter the name of your city in English and country separated by commas. In the lower tab select the satellite ABS 1 75E. The map will show the direction to the satellite in green.
Step 7
Rotate the antenna in this direction. The angle of inclination will be the value - elevation, rotate the converter to the angle specified in the LNB Skew line.
Step 8
Connect the output of the converter with a coaxial cable to the jack of the satellite receiver LNB. Use F-connectors for this.
Step 9
Connect the receiver with a cinch cable to your TV. Switch on the receiver and tune to the ABS 1 75E satellite. There will be two bars at the bottom - signal strength and quality.
Step 10
Start moving the satellite dish from left to right and vice versa. Raise or lower the plate one degree after each lap.
Step 11
After setting the signal, achieve its strongest value. Make it thin by turning the converter.
Step 12
Scan the satellite using the receiver and save the found transponder values. If not all of them were found, enter them manually using the tuner menu.
