Once you have driven your Toyota Corolla more than thirty thousand kilometers, then you should, as a rule, replace the spark plugs. You don't have to go to a car service to do this. You can do it yourself.

Step 1
After a run of thirty thousand kilometers, it is recommended to replace the candles with new ones in order to avoid problems. To do this, you need to do the following: open the hood and remove the tubes of high-voltage wires, which, as a rule, are installed on a Toyota Corolla with a multivalve head, which may cause difficulties (they are more difficult to remove).
Step 2
Each driver has a set of tools for the car. Find a spark plug wrench (a small tubular hex wrench) in it. If this is not the case, then a universal knob will do (a small hexagon that can be turned with a screwdriver). Then press the key firmly onto the candle.
Step 3
Turning the key slowly, unscrew the spark plug from the block head. Do the movement counterclockwise. Then take a close look at the candle. If it worked well, then its color should be light brown, there should be no traces of oil on the threads, the electrodes should not be burnt.
If something is wrong with the candles, it is recommended to take the car to a car service for diagnostics. Otherwise, even if you replace it with a new one, the same problems are likely to arise.
