Speedometer roll-up is a procedure that increases the odometer reading. It also has many other names: twist, winding, coiler. Initially, with the help of a winding, the operability of the odometer, and in some situations the speedometer, was checked. Now it is most often used to reel mileage. This is not illegal, and in some cases it is simply necessary. You can do the reeling in different ways, but the meaning itself remains unchanged.
Instructions
Step 1
The rewind is applicable to all speedometers in which the speed sensor is based on a Hall sensor with three leads. Change the phase that goes to the speedometer and tachograph with the phase of the tachometer. This method requires a running engine and is not very profitable. There is a very high risk of failure of devices and even fire.
Step 2
Get an electric reel that is quiet and takes up little space. These reels have good speed control. Connect it to the vehicle diagnostic socket. But remember that this method is not applicable to all vehicles.
Step 3
The simplest electronic coils have three wires that are mounted in the wiring. Disconnect the wire that comes from the standard speed sensor. Two wires are connected to the power supply: "plus" and "minus", and the third is a signal to the speedometer. Here the winding is temporary and removable, so it is better to do the "insert" into the wiring in an inconspicuous place.
Step 4
For permanent use, connect the positive and negative winding wires to any convenient location in the machine. Connect the remaining two wires to the break in the signal wire that connects the speedometer and gearbox.
Step 5
This will disable the speed sensor when the rewind is on. Now you can fearlessly use the reel in any situation: on the move, in the parking lot. There should be no system conflicts.
