Instructions

Step 1

Move the seats forward and unscrew the armrest screws. Lift it up and forward, and then return the seats back to the extreme position. Open the glove compartment and pull on the lower right corner, taking it out diagonally. Remove the lower right panel trim. To do this, unscrew the screws and pull out the caps, one of the corners is held on the latch.

Step 2

Disconnect the panel frame that connects the trim for the gearshift lever. To do this, you will have to unscrew the bolts and remove the caps, and then pull towards you. Lower the steering wheel to the lowest position, unscrew the screws that secure the dashboard trim. Pull it towards you and remove the panel. Do not forget to remove the plastic shields that are in the legs.

Step 3

Unscrew the screws that secure the radio frame, remove it. This will open up easy access to the heater cable, and then calmly disconnect it. Remove the connectors from the control box. Unscrew the bolts securing the torpedo to the car body, then tilt it and disconnect it completely.

Step 4

Disconnect the air conditioner mount and remove the heater block. Now slide it in half, replace the stove and put it back together. Pay attention to how the dampers move, if there is any skewness. Check all this before final assembly on the machine. All work with due attention will take about 3 hours if you work alone.
