Connect two wires to the power supply and one more - signal - to the coil. Step 3
Try increasing the engine RPM by increasing the valve spring force. It is this indicator that is responsible for the speed at which the valve returns to its initial position (that is, closed). Namely, this is an indicator of the maximum number of engine revolutions. If the spring is strong and closes quickly, then the RPM will be as high as possible. However, do not overdo it with increasing this indicator, because everything has a limit. And do not forget: by setting the springs to a certain height, align them all in height. Determine this value at the lowest. Moreover, this must be done with surgical precision - even tenths of a millimeter are important.
Step 4
Do not forget to check the engine before starting work. It must be in good condition, otherwise it simply will not withstand the load that you want to "hang" on it. Moreover, such a pre-repair inspection will help you save money. After all, if something breaks down after the modification, the restoration will cost you much more. First, you need to determine the power and torque of your motor in its normal state. It is also important to find out the maximum number of revolutions and on which track your car reaches which values. It is this information that will help you correctly adjust the number of revolutions.
