At the same time, the drivers claim that, in their opinion, the moped could squeeze out more, but something "jammed" and the speed did not increase. In fact, the reason lies in the washer that is installed on the variator. It prevents the belt from reaching a larger radius.

- - a hammer;
- - the rear sprocket is 2 times larger than the current one;
- - a new washer on the belt.
Instructions
Step 1
Use a screwdriver to twist the sidewalls and the rear bumper of the moped. You will see a belt that transfers RPM to the rear wheel, rear and front sprockets. There is a special speed controller above the belt, a small metal washer that prevents the belt from reaching a larger radius.
Step 2
Knock down that puck with a hammer, now try to accelerate. As a rule, on mopeds up to 75 cubes, there is a limit of 55-60 km / h. If you catch up to 70, then you did everything right.
Step 3
Unscrew the fasteners of the transmission and remove it. Now carefully remove the belt and set it aside. Find the rear sprocket, it is very small and because of this, the torque is very low. Replace with a new asterisk.
Step 4
Put on the removed belt. Now try to accelerate again, if everything is done correctly, the speed of the moped will increase by 2-2.5 times. That is, it will be possible to squeeze all 120. But! You need to fix a new washer in order to protect yourself and avoid problems during maintenance.
Step 5
Secure the washer over the belt. Try to secure it in different positions (above - below). Thus, you will increase and decrease the maximum speed. The higher, the higher the speed. Find the optimal position (so that the maximum speed is about 90-100 km / h).
Step 6
Screw the transmission into place and attach the sidewalls and rear bumper. Now accelerate again, the properties of the moped will change dramatically. The maximum speed will increase, but the acceleration will be slower than usual. Traction will also decrease, you can not drive up a hill of more than 20 degrees. That is, by increasing the torque and at the same time the maximum speed, you decrease the thrust and acceleration time.
