Step 1
Carefully inspect the glass before installation, it should be transparent, without cracks or optical distortion. To perform this operation, use a clean room so that dirt and dust cannot get on the applied glue and spoil the quality of the work.

Pack in protective covers, or wrap with foil those areas of the body and interior where the glue can get during its application. Remove excess old glue by opening the seam of the opening with an electric pneumatic knife or a special string.
Step 3
Clean the glass installation site and degrease it thoroughly. If you notice the slightest sign of rust, remove it immediately. Apply primer to the surface in order to achieve the best adhesion.
Step 4
After a while, apply the glue. Take the special vacuum pens and use them to put the glass back in place. Apply adhesive tape or tape on top to fix the glass. Let the glue dry within 24 hours.
Step 5
Do not bang the doors while the glue is drying and fully polymerizing. Also, if you intend to drive away the car, it is forbidden to open the windows while driving, because the pressure difference can simply squeeze the glass out, and then all your efforts were in vain.
Step 6
After the time has elapsed, remove the adhesive tape and check the glass tightness. To do this, pour water over the rear window. If you find a leak, then dry the area, take the glue and fill the leaking area with it.
