Instructions
Step 1
Use the cold planting method only in summer. Without jerking the suction, press the clutch pedal and put the manual gearbox at idle speed, and the automatic gearbox in parking mode. Then turn the key in the ignition lock clockwise. Do not squeeze the starter for more than 10 seconds: it may overheat. Apply some gas at the same time. But don't overdo it: you can fill in the candles.
Step 2
Press the gas pedal to the floor and try again if it happens in winter or the car stalled. After that, it is still advisable to pull out the suction. The car may not start for various reasons. But the most common are battery failure and poor spark plug performance. As a rule, the second problem can only be solved by replacement or cleaning. But the battery can be "defeated" in different ways.
Step 3
Take a cigarette lighter and find a motorist willing to donate. Connect the wires according to their polarity. This machine requires nose to nose. After the "donor" starts up, wait five minutes and turn the ignition key. If it doesn't work, wait a little longer and repeat.
Step 4
Ask someone to push the car. It is especially easy to do this if the machine is parked on a sloping road. But this method of winding up is possible only for cars with a manual transmission and for cases when there are at least two strong men around. Otherwise, a special cable must be used.
Step 5
Take out the tow rope and ask you to "pull". As a rule, holding the rope in hand, you can find a volunteer on the track. Attach a cable to your and assisting vehicle, depress the clutch and shift the gear stick to second gear. After being pulled, gently release the clutch. The engine should start. If this does not help, ask to drive you to the nearest service station.
Step 6
Replace the candles yourself using a set of keys. If you clean them, you will not be able to quickly use the machine. The candles must be dried and then sanded with sandpaper. You can ignite them over a fire or with a special gas burner. If there is no time to clean, replace with a new set of candles. After that, repeat all previous attempts to start.
Step 7
Remove the battery and put it on charge using a special device. If you have access to an electrical outlet near the place where you stalled, then try starting the car right away. It usually takes several hours to charge the battery. Full batteries will start the car without problems.
