The luxury sports car manufacturer Lamborghini was formed almost half a century ago as a subsidiary of a tractor company. However, today, few people associate its name with tractors, but sports cars are known to any car enthusiast. And the names of some lucky Lamborghini owners even spread the news feeds of world news agencies.

The owner of the Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 sports supercar in Argos Orange with the thousandth chassis number is an architect from Bavaria. On July 13, 2012, the President and Chairman of the Board of the Italian company Automobili Lamborghini Stephan Winkelmann personally presented the keys to the anniversary car to Hans Scheidecker. The Bavarian is a longtime admirer of Lamborghini and the Aventador is not the first car of this brand in his garage - there is already a Lamborghini Diablo there.

Apparently, the architect is a very wealthy person, since the prices for the latest model of the Italian manufacturer start at a quarter of a million euros. These cars are assembled by hand at a factory in the village of Sant'Agata Bolognese, with a population of less than 7,000, where the Lamborghini headquarters and assembly plant are located. In the third quarter of last year, the company assembled three cars a day, but the demand for expensive sports cars is now very high and the daily production has been increased by half. Now they are produced on average 4, 5 per day, but the list of orders is filled for a year and a half in advance. Unsurprisingly, the 1,000th car was sold just one year and three months after the official presentation of the Aventador to the general public. The company's previous flagship model, the Murcielago, reached this mark in two years and five months.

Aventador has a powerful engine with a V-shaped arrangement of twelve cylinders with a total volume of 6.5 liters and a capacity of almost 700 horsepower. The seven-speed transmission allows the supercar to accelerate to 100 km / h in less than three seconds. But, of course, not only the "engine" contributed to the popularity of the novelty - the car has won more than three dozen different awards for design and innovative technological solutions.
