Step 2
When preparing documents, exclude the possibility of fraud. If a scooter, and any vehicle is removed from the register (on transit numbers), there is scope for all sorts of fraud. Cases of deception of people have become more frequent, when the vehicle is simultaneously pledged by the bank and sold by fraudsters. Also, pay attention to the power of attorney - it should only be general, with the right to sell and receive money, certified by a notary. Execute a vehicle sale and purchase agreement. Nowadays, both a handwritten version and registration in specialized law firms are acceptable.

Write an application for registration (if on transits) or for registration with preservation of registration marks (if the vehicle is not deregistered).

Get a scooter inspection at the traffic police. Check if everything is ready for you (sales agreement, title, application and insurance) and submit all these documents to the window for registration of motor vehicles and trailers - these are, most often, in every traffic police.
