Instructions
Step 1
Place the machine on a lift so that only the front of the machine rises upward.
Block the rear wheels with improvised means or special stoppers. Carefully inspect the position of the front wheels of the vehicle. They must be locked in a secure position. Unscrew the cover of the expansion barrel.
Step 2
Start your car. Press the gas pedal until the temperature rises to a critical level. After turning on the fan, continue to add gas for some time. If the plug has not gone away, go to the next step.
Step 3
Remove the plastic shield of the engine. There are no screws, only studs with rubber seals, from which it is removed with a simple upward movement. Do not use excessive force. Loosen the clamp with a screwdriver. Locate two tubes on the throttle body heating nipple. Remove one of them (it doesn't matter which one).
Step 4
Unscrew the cap on the expansion tank. Cover the neck of the barrel with a clean rag, blow into the expansion tank. Repeat the process until the antifreeze flows from the removed tube. If you cannot purge the tank, close the cap back and replace the throttle tube. Warm up the engine again. After a while, turn off the ignition.
Step 5
Without removing the expansion tank cap, remove the heating tube again. Wait until the antifreeze comes out of the tube under pressure. Place a tube on the throttle assembly heating nipple and tighten the clamp. Reinstall the plastic shield of the engine and the plastic shield.
