First, use a hair dryer to thoroughly heat the surface of the dent, it will take you about a minute. Then turn the can of compressed air upside down and spray the contents onto the desired area. This method works due to the temperature difference: at first, the metal expands slightly under the influence of heat, and then contracts sharply, trying to bend and take the shape that the manufacturer gave it at the factory.
