The received photos must be sent by e-mail to the district traffic police department. In Moscow, there is a mobile application "Assistant" through which this information is transmitted to the official website of the traffic police. Be sure that the offender will definitely receive a parking ticket.
But you can evacuate a car only in the presence of a traffic police inspector. Usually, the traffic police conducts a raid on numerous complaints from residents and removes several interfering cars at once. Most often, such raids take place in agreement with the local administration or the district council. Residents can report abandoned or incorrectly parked cars to the administration by calling the hotline.
