Recently, it has become very popular to bring used foreign cars to Russia from Belarus. There they are cheaper than at home, and the quality is much better. Cars cleared by customs before 2010 are imported into the territory of our country without any duties. But even now, a car cannot be sold without going to customs. You can only temporarily cross the border in a vehicle purchased in Belarus. The procedure for removing a car from the customs register has a clearly established procedural plan.
Instructions
Step 1
If you are a citizen of Belarus, then contact the customs authorities at your place of residence. Take with you the technical passport of the car, passport and international passport. Pay the cost of customs duty and get a guarantee certificate. After that, you can remove the car from the register.
Step 2
Fill out the declaration form TD-6, then contact the customs officials or brokers to receive a transit declaration. Find out all the information on the spot. Make sure the document is registered and contains all required seals and stamps.
Step 3
With the received declarations, contact the customs authorities at your place of residence, and then put the car in a temporary storage warehouse, having received the appropriate notification. Get the status "goods arrived".
Step 4
Fill in the declaration form TD-7, write a statement of the established form. After processing all the data, you will be given a vehicle passport. You can safely send it abroad.
Step 5
A Russian citizen, after buying a car in Belarus, simply goes to customs to obtain an electronic type of PTS. Customs makes a request about the validity of customs clearance. Then you present the car for inspection, where the numbered units are checked, you receive a Euro4 certificate, after which you do a technical examination and that's it.
